The purpose of the Satisfy Phase is to transition the software application to the user community. Typically, this phase includes several iterations of the solution, including version releases, general availability releases, bug fixes, and enhancement releases.
During the Satisfy Phase, everse develops user-oriented documentation, trains users, and supports users in their initial application use. At this point in the development lifecycle, feedback is confined to application tuning, configuration, installation, and usability.
The outcomes of the Satisfy Phase include:
- Rollout of the application to all teams.
- Training users and administrators.
- Achieving user self-supportability.
- Validating completion of deployment baselines.
Should any problems be encountered with the final version of the solution, everse identifies and isolates the cause of each and performs the necessary corrective measures. At the conclusion of the Satisfy Phase, we deliver the production version of the solution to the client.
