Business Development
Telemarketing Representative

Job Summary

The everse Telemarketing Representative is responsible for generating qualified leads and assisting the everse Business Development team in the pursuit of those leads. The successful candidate must possess a LIKEABLE PERSONALITY, solid intellect, and a PASSION FOR SELLING.

Responsibilities

  • Directly, and as part of a sales team, generate sales of everse IT services and software solutions.
  • Establish new customer relationships primarily using telephone and electronic communication technology.
  • Develop and maintain a level of technical product knowledge, market knowledge, and everse support systems expertise to quickly identify and drive to resolution specific account needs and problems.
  • Prospect, generate leads, and develop account profile.
  • Regularly develop and submit accurate forecasts and reports as required.
  • Develop and maintain close working relationships with other departments.
  • Build and sustain a high volume of sales activity and high level of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications & Experience

  • Associates Degree (BA/BS degree desired).
  • Basic sales skills training.
  • 2 -3 years of telesales or telemarketing experience (preferably selling services).
  • Services industry experience is desirable, but not mandatory.
  • Solid track record of sales success as measured by the application of solution based sales skills and the achievement of regional/district quotas and sales goals, preferred but not mandatory.
  • Knowledge of standard inside sales procedures, practices and techniques.
  • Highly professional demeanor and superior decision making skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proven ability to succeed with minimal supervision in a demanding hi-growth sales environment.
Salary

Competitive -hourly rate + commission.
