everse to Develop CRM Strategy for Allied Domecq Quick Service Restaurants

LOS ANGELES, September 1, 2002 – Today, everse corporation (everse), a technology consulting, software development, and application outsourcing company, announced that it has been engaged by Allied Domecq Quick Service Restaurants (ADQSR), the parent company of more than 10,000 franchise outlets worldwide, to develop a customer relationship management (CRM) strategy for the company’s three brands: Dunkin’ Donuts, Baskin–Robbins, and Togo’s.

The ADQSR engagement will call upon everse’s Technology Assessment & Planning (TAP) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) services. everse will leverage its CRM expertise to help Baskin–Robbins evaluate existing and new customer touchpoints, identify and eliminate gaps in CRM processes, and develop a framework to integrate new CRM channels into existing enterprise systems. everse will apply its TAP best practices and resources to plan a secure and adaptable platform to support future CRM solutions and drive business performance and growth.

From its TAP and CRM experts, everse will form a cross–functional team of technologists, business analysts, and strategists for the project. To gain a full understanding of the ADQSR brands’ customer relationship needs, the team will conduct business and technical assessments both within and across the three brands. Through discovery workshops and working sessions with representatives from the brands and the ADQSR IT department, everse will define common business objectives, technical requirements, and success criteria for future CRM solutions.

In performing its assessments, the everse team will consider ADQSR corporate and brand–specific business drivers, key touchpoint events (instances when a customer’s propensity to interact with a brand is higher than average), target customer characteristics, and current and future platform and database concerns. Based on everse’s assessments and ADQSR’s long–term goals, everse will develop recommendations and present them to ADQSR in the form of a comprehensive CRM roadmap. The roadmap will include the results of the business and technical assessments, describe technology platform and database options, and outline a step–by–step strategy for the development of future CRM solutions.

According to everse Engagement Manager, Mark Cavicchia, “We are very excited to be applying our TAP and CRM expertise to the development of a CRM strategy for the ADQSR brands. We look forward to working with ADQSR corporate and brand representatives to create a roadmap for CRM solutions that will exceed corporate, brand, and customer expectations.“
