everse Announces New Partnerships with BEA and Netegrity

LOS ANGELES, August 5, 2003 – Today, everse corporation (everse), a technology consulting, software development, and application outsourcing company, announced that it has partnered with BEA Systems, Inc., the world’s leading application infrastructure software company, and Netegrity Inc., a leading provider of security software solutions.

everse’s partnerships with BEA and Netegrity will enable it to provide its clients with broader, deeper, and more cost–effective problem–solving capabilities. In addition, everse will pass on to its clients enhanced access to, pricing of, and support for BEA and Netegrity technologies, tools, and skills. Leveraging the partnerships, everse will develop and deploy BEA– and Netegrity–powered software solutions for its clients with faster time to market, improved maintenance and support, and lower total cost of ownership.

According to everse CEO James Sung, “BEA is a leading provider of J2EE–based middleware and Netegrity’s suite of products is well positioned to gain market leadership. Leveraging our partnerships with both companies through our Solution Framework, everse will be able to further optimize integrations while minimizing risks for our clients. We look forward to productive and collaborative relationships with both vendors.“

BEA is the world’s leading application infrastructure software company with more than 15,000 customers around the world, including the majority of the Fortune Global 500. The BEA WebLogic Enterprise Platform™ provides the application infrastructure foundation that converges application development and integration, simplifies the flow of information, decreases the costs of managing applications, and makes an enterprise more agile, productive, and connected.

Netegrity Inc. is a leading provider of security software solutions that securely manage identities and their access to enterprise information assets. Netegrity provides a comprehensive identity and access management product line for continuously evolving computing environments, including legacy, Web, and service–oriented architectures. Netegrity solutions are licensed to more than 250 million users at over 700 organizations worldwide, including more than half of the Fortune 100.

Through its partnerships with BEA and Netegrity, everse will receive development software, sales and marketing resources, and access to information and training to enhance its existing BEA and Netegrity expertise. In developing and deploying BEA– and Netegrity–powered solutions, everse will extend the functionality of the application infrastructure and security management products and act as a professional services organization for the software companies.

According to everse Engagement Manager Mark Cavicchia, “everse’s partnerships with BEA and Netegrity are really win–win–win situations.
