everse Names Mark Cavicchia Managing Director, Greater China

LOS ANGELES, December 19, 2003 – Today, everse corporation (everse), a technology consulting, software development, and application outsourcing company, announced that it has named Mark Cavicchia the company’s new Managing Director, Greater China. Mark will be based in everse’s development center and center of operations in China, located in the Shanghai Pudong Software Park. Mark’s responsibilities as Engagement Manager will be assumed by everse CEO James Sung and everse’s Business Development group.

Naming Mark the new Managing Director, Greater China, is the first of a number of steps everse will be taking in 2004 to streamline its management structure and focus on its operations and business development in China. According to Mark, “everse has only begun to tap into China’s technology infrastructure, skill sets, and market for technology consulting, software development, and application outsourcing. I look forward to building on the culture, processes, and business development operations we have established in our Shanghai development center to enable us to benefit even more from China’s resources.“

As Managing Director, Greater China, Mark will be working toward increasing everse’s presence in the China market and creating a new revenue center. In addition, Mark will be refining the company’s offshore delivery processes and synchronizing the Shanghai development center with everse’s global culture and guiding principles. Mark will also continue to leverage everse’s alliance with Microsoft to build the company’s Microsoft practice in China and the U.S.

Throughout 2004, everse will be taking additional steps to drive organic growth within the company, refine its organizational structure across geographic locations, and enhance the efficiency and effect of its worldwide operations. Says everse CEO James Sung, “Naming Mark the new Managing Director, Greater China, is an important early milestone on our way to achieving the goals we’ve set for the company in 2004, including ensuring our principles of growth and velocity are extended across our global operations.“
